Stamps to Wear

I have loved the wonderful designs of many stamps for several years. I have finally developed a method for creating unique jewelry from these real postage stamps from all over the world. I have a variety of dogs and cats, as well as other animals, birds, flowers, cars, space subjects - any stamp that catches my fancy. If you are looking for a particular breed of dog or cat, please let me know - I probably have it.

These are completely sealed, edged in copper, and nicely finished on the back. I accidentally ran one through the washing machine, and it survived beautifully. Pins are $15 each.

I also make these into keychains for $10 or magnets for $7.50. Again, these are completely sealed and edged in copper.

I have made a few of these into necklaces using fluffy yarns for the the necklace, and matching the yarn to the cat (or other image) on the stamp. These are $20.

And occasionally a special stamp becomes a pin with a beaded border and embellishment in complimentary colors. These beaded pins run about $60, depending on the amount of embellishment.
